We want you to love your SquishyZ! But hey, if things don’t work out, no worries — here’s how returns roll around here:
📅 30-Day Return Window:
Changed your mind? No sweat! You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
✅ Return Eligibility:

Your SquishyZ must be in the same shape we sent them: unworn, unused, tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Keep that receipt or proof of purchase handy — it’s your golden ticket.
📦 How to Start a Return:
1️⃣ Email us at support@squishyz.com to request a return.
2️⃣ Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label plus easy instructions.
3️⃣ Returns go to:

⚠️ Please don’t mail anything back without contacting us first — surprise packages make our warehouse squirm.
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item?
Oops! If your SquishyZ arrive damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, let us know ASAP at support@squishyz.com. We’ll make it right, promise.
🚫 Stuff We Can’t Take Back
Some things can’t return to SquishyZ HQ:

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards (sorry, these are non-refundable magic)

Items showing wear, misuse, or signs of being altered

Returns from outside the U.S. (these are not accepted at this time)
🔁 Exchanges
Want a different color or size? The quickest way is to return your original pair, wait for approval, and place a fresh order for your new favorite pair. Easy peasy!
🇪🇺 European Union Shoppers
If your SquishyZ ship to the EU, you’re covered by a 14-day cooling-off period — you can cancel or return for any reason within 14 days. Same return rules apply: unworn, tags on, original packaging, proof of purchase.
💰 Refunds
Once your return hits our doorstep and passes inspection, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can be slowpokes, so give them a bit of time.
If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, ping us at support@squishyz.com — we’ll help track it down faster than you can say “SquishyZ.”
